  3. Impressario Printing Tests

  6. This directory contains Impressario printing test programs and configuration
  7. files. The following test programs are available.

  9. testipr        Tests an Impressario printer by printing files of different
  10.         formats using a wide variety of printing options. The files
  11.         printed include plain text, PostScript, SGI Image, GIF, TIFF
  12.         JPEG and PPM. For further information please read the man
  13.         page testipr(1M).

  15. testiconfig    Tests an Impressario printing configuration. This program
  16.         performs a number of heuristic checks on a particular
  17.         Impressario printing software configuration. Typical users
  18.         of this program are Impressario printer driver developers
  19.         who wish to check that they have properly installed their
  20.         software. For further information please read the man page
  21.         testiconfig(1M).
